Two weeks after the Parking Day demo a similar collection of SAPA Instructors and members of the Parkour and Freerunning community put on another performance at Format Festival’s street party.
We roped off a section of the road, and brought scaffolding and gear from our indoor facility Point A across town. The street party was a fun mess of all sorts of activities including mural painting, karaoke, live bands, performance art, handball tournament and an alley cats bicycle race – all broadcast live on Radio Adelaide. We were ‘performing’ from 1pm till 7pm.
