We run and facilitate a collection of classes in Adelaide (and occasionally its surrounds). Classes are often the fastest way to learn, ensuring you progress safely.
However, classes are not all we do. The Parkour community has a strong presence outside of the formal class structure, and there are many other ways to get involved with the community and learn Parkour.
Connect to the community
To connect with the Adelaide Parkour community, ask questions, see (and share) videos, and be informed of casual training meet-ups and general Parkour chatter, there is:
For event updates, class reminders, news, information on training sessions at Point A (see below) and a better idea of the wider Australian (and global) Parkour community, there is:

If you have a community like this within SA and wish to be added to this list, let us know!
On the first Saturday of every month we have the ‘Monthly Jam’ where everyone gets together to train and catch up. People from ALL levels of experience are welcome and beginners are especially encouraged to come along, as it is a great way to get familiar with the friendly faces of Adelaide Parkour. Keep an eye on the Facebook page for reminders.
We are always looking for volunteers to help us with all of our projects and the regular work we tackle. We happily accept work experience or placement students. Get in touch to have a chat.
