You think your knees are too creaky to safely jump off buildings? Think you’re too old, or too unfit to do what you’ve seen those crazy kids do on Youtube?
You’re right!
You might pass the first hurdle and hit the ground without breaking, but if you expose your joints to stresses that you haven’t trained for then you’ll come to regret it later.
THAT is why you should do Parkour.
Parkour is fun. It is exciting and it is challenging. It will help you reconnect with your body, discover your boundaries and reimagine what you are capable of. If you’re willing to do the work, parkour will teach you to fly.
That doesn’t mean it requires dangerous stunts, au contraire*. Parkour is simply the art of getting from point A to point B as quickly and safely as possible – using the strength and abilities you have.
Come and discover it at Point A.
