Xmas and the new year are approaching – and to celebrate our final class for 2016 we’re doing something special. This will be our last class for the year – and WE WILL BE RETURNING SUNDAY 15/1/17.
Inspired by the Yamakasi – (This clip to be specific:)
We will be playing our own version of ‘Yamak-ball’ around Adelaide!
we’re going to be playing our own version – hopefully with less property damage, near death experiences, cheesy moves, or dramatically busted ankles.
This is also an end of year fundraiser for SAPA, the $10 class charge still applies. You’ll probably have a ton more fun than a regular class, but the game itself is a VERY good Parkour learning experience, so no matter your level you’ll learn a few things in the arena.
All levels welcome – we’ve got several ways to scale and balance the game so everyone can get a good challenge. Invite that training friend you haven’t seen in a while and lets play!
Thanks to Adelaide Dodgeball for the gear, and the play testers who helped fine-tune the rules this week.
Class will begin as per usual – 2:45pm, Sunday 18/12, corner of Rundle Mall and Gawler Place. $10. Bring comfortable clothes and water.
