The Festival of Adelaide Parkour! (FoAP)

We’re hosting a week-long celebration of parkour in Adelaide. By hosting this festival, we are having more training sessions with as many members of our community as possible.

Most of the organising and communications will be done through the FoAP Facebook Event. We’ve included a short summary here.

The events that we have running are:

1) The Sunday Community Class on the 27th of September from 3pm to 6pm. Coming out of COVID restrictions this is our main event of the week. We will be training and learning parkour as a group, beginners and people who want to come back are encouraged to come along. After the class, we will go for dinner together. You can book in for the Sunday Community Class online.

2) We’ve organised a Gym Sesh at Koorana (in Marion – Rosedale Ave, Morphettville, Behind the Marion YMCA). Kids (7-15) session 630-730pm, and teens/adults open gym 730-9pm. SAPA is covering your entry cost, but if you can make a donation we’d welcome it.

3) On Wednesday the 30th from 7pm to 9pm, we have a group of regulars who push each other to improve through physical and mental training. Feel free to come and see what we’re about but you might have to run to keep up! Stayed tuned on socials for details!

4) On the 3rd of Saturday from 1pm onward, it is our Monthly Jam which is Adelaide Parkour’s monthly get together to explore, play, hang out, and do parkour. We are planning a big event for this day! Event is here

Throughout the week of our week-long celebration, we will have plenty of smaller informal parkour training sessions in and around Adelaide. Stay tuned in the Adelaide Parkour Facebook group for that.

We would love to train with as many people as possible throughout this week, so come along!
